1. من نحن
Carz+ («التطبيق» أو «نحن») تطبيق للهواتف يتيح لك تصفّح موديلات السيارات ومواصفاتها وأسعارها الاسترشادية في قطر ومصر والسعودية والإمارات. يقدّم التطبيقَ عبد الرحمن خضر. للتواصل: support@carzplus.com.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها ولماذا
أ. معلومات تُخزَّن على خوادمنا (Firebase التابعة لـ Google)
- معرّف مجهول: عند فتح التطبيق يُنشأ لجهازك معرّف عشوائي مجهول (عبر Firebase Authentication). لا يرتبط باسمك ولا ببريدك ولا برقم هاتفك.
- المفضلة والمقالات المحفوظة: أرقام السيارات والمقالات التي تحفظها، وتُخزَّن مع معرّفك المجهول لتجدها عند فتح التطبيق مرة أخرى.
- الرسائل: إذا راسلتنا من خلال المحادثة داخل التطبيق، نخزّن نص الرسالة ووقتها ومعرّفك المجهول لنتمكن من قراءتها والرد عليها. يُرجى عدم كتابة معلومات حساسة في الرسائل.
- عدّاد مشاهدات السيارة: عند فتح صفحة سيارة نزيد عدّادًا مجهولًا للمشاهدات على تلك السيارة، وهو غير مرتبط بك.
ب. معلومات تبقى على جهازك فقط
- اللغة والعملة المفضلة والاسم الذي تختار إدخاله (إن وُجد) واختياراتك في المقارنة وقائمة الخلفيات المحفوظة ونسخة مؤقتة من بيانات السيارات.
- عند تنزيل خلفية تُحفظ في معرض الصور بجهازك. يطلب التطبيق إذنًا لإضافة الصور فقط، ولا يقرأ صورك الموجودة.
ج. معلومات تجمعها خدمات أطراف ثالثة تلقائيًا
الإعلانات وتحميل الصور وتشغيل الفيديو (انظر البند 5).
د. ما لا نجمعه
لا نجمع اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رقم هاتفك ولا موقعك الدقيق ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا بيانات الدفع، إلا إذا اخترت كتابتها بنفسك داخل رسالة.
3. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- تشغيل ميزات التطبيق (المفضلة والمحفوظات والمحادثة).
- الرد على رسائلك وتحسين بيانات التطبيق.
- عرض إعلانات تساعد في تمويل التطبيق (عبر Google AdMob).
- حماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام، والالتزام بالقوانين.
4. الإعلانات
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob. قد تستخدم AdMob معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك وعنوان الـ IP ومعلومات عن تفاعلك مع الإعلانات لعرضها وقياس أدائها، وقد تخصّصها لك. في المناطق التي يشترط فيها القانون ذلك (مثل المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة) نطلب موافقتك قبل عرض الإعلانات المخصّصة. وفي أجهزة iOS يطلب التطبيق إذنك قبل التتبع (App Tracking Transparency).
يمكنك تقليل تخصيص الإعلانات أو إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك (أندرويد: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات؛ iOS: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبع). مزيد من المعلومات: كيف تستخدم AdMob البيانات.

6. المشاركة
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة المذكورين أعلاه بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل التطبيق، أو عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.
7. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بمفضلتك ومقالاتك المحفوظة ورسائلك طالما كان التطبيق متاحًا أو حتى تطلب حذفها. حذف التطبيق يزيل البيانات من جهازك لكنه لا يزيل ما خُزّن على خوادمنا؛ لحذفها تواصل معنا (البند 9).
8. الأمان
نستخدم إجراءات تقنية معقولة، منها قواعد وصول لقاعدة البيانات وحماية لوحة الإدارة بتسجيل دخول. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.
9. خياراتك وحقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. راسلنا على support@carzplus.com وسنردّ خلال 30 يومًا. ولأن معرّفك مجهول، قد نطلب منك تفاصيل تساعدنا في إيجاد سجلاتك (مثل وقت رسالة أرسلتها ونصها).
10. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إذا رأيت أن طفلًا أرسل لنا بيانات فتواصل معنا لنحذفها.
11. نقل البيانات خارج بلدك
قد يعالج مزوّدو الخدمة (مثل Google وCloudinary) البيانات على خوادم خارج بلدك، ونعتمد على ضماناتهم في الحماية.
12. القانون المطبّق
نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفق قوانين حماية البيانات المطبّقة، ومنها قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر (القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016).
13. التغييرات على السياسة
سننشر أي تحديث لهذه السياسة في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا سننبّهك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Carz+ (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile app for browsing car models, specifications and indicative prices in Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The app is provided by ABDELRAHMAN KHEDR. Contact: support@carzplus.com.
2. Information we collect and why
A. Information stored on our servers (Firebase, provided by Google)
- Anonymous identifier: when you open the app, a random anonymous ID is created for your device (through Firebase Authentication). It is not linked to your name, email address or phone number.
- Favorites and saved articles: the IDs of the cars and articles you save, stored against your anonymous ID so they are available when you reopen the app.
- Messages: if you message us through the in-app chat, we store the message text, its time and your anonymous ID so that we can read and reply. Please do not include sensitive information in messages.
- Car page views: when you open a car page we increase an anonymous view counter for that car. It is not linked to you.
B. Information kept only on your device
- Your language, preferred currency, the display name you choose to enter (if any), your comparison selections, your saved-wallpapers list and a temporary copy of the car catalog.
- When you download a wallpaper, it is saved to your photo library. The app asks for permission only to add images and does not read your existing photos.
C. Information collected automatically by third-party services
Advertising, image delivery and video playback (see section 5).
D. What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or payment information, unless you choose to type them into a message yourself.
3. How we use information
- To provide app features (favorites, saved items, chat).
- To reply to your messages and improve the app’s data.
- To show ads that help fund the app (through Google AdMob).
- To protect the service from abuse and to comply with the law.
4. Advertising
The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier, IP address and information about how you interact with ads to deliver and measure ads, and may personalize them. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK) we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. On iOS the app asks for your permission before tracking (App Tracking Transparency).
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). More information: How AdMob uses data.

6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the app, or when required by law.
7. Retention
We keep your favorites, saved articles and messages for as long as the app is available or until you ask us to delete them. Deleting the app removes the data on your device but not the data stored on our servers; to delete it, contact us (section 9).
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures, including database access rules and a login-protected admin dashboard. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Email us at support@carzplus.com and we will reply within 30 days. Because your ID is anonymous, we may ask for details that help us find your records (for example the time and text of a message you sent).
10. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our service providers (such as Google and Cloudinary) may process data on servers outside your country, and we rely on their safeguards.
12. Applicable law
We handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection laws, including Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
13. Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the app.
